I looked out the window and you know who it was...
Wow, what a busy day that was! To be honest I've got so much work to sift through from today (not all of it good..) that I think Ill spark out if I try to post it all tonight. In the meantime here's one of my favourite pictures from the day to tide you over. John Shrapnel and Dudley Sutton.....quite a double act.

Thanks for posting to the SWILL blog, Sam.
As for horses, you ARE brave!

Yay! We're getting there then....

Do you use paper or have a watercolour sketch pad?
Hello you Upstart you! This week, Oi 'ave been usin' mostly:
A Parker pen (cheapo because I will lose it).
A pot of Quink, a jug of water and a brush.
A big pad of heavy cartidge paper.
On Friday I'm going to cause severe irritation to my stinge gland by buying a fancy Saunders Waterford watercolour block, as I really want to do some colour, and that stuff is a joy to paint on.
Cool thanks. I only just brought some water colours and am learning. I got a travel pouch with 12 colours in.
This is simply brilliant.
damn you.
